3. Services for survivors and organizations:

Network of Trust services available for our clients who survived domestic and sexual violence, as well as for ally organizations (outside the Network), include:

  • Counseling / therapeutic assistance
  • Hospitalization
  • Expert testifying in court/forensic services
  • Services of accommodation in shelter for women and children victims of violence
  • Police intervention (based on articles 118 and 118a, and articles 103 to 111 of the Criminal Code of Republic of Serbia)
  • Services of the Social Work Centers
  • Accompanying client through institutions and representation
  • Legal assistance and representation in court
  • Economic empowerment of women who survived domestic and/or sexual violence
  • Carrying out educational programs on the issues of violence for all interested profiles / services
  • Carrying out violence prevention programs for children and youth
  • Educational programs for all profiles / services interested for carrying violence prevention programs for children and youth
  • Educational programs for all interested profiles / services on the following issues:
    • communication skills
    • workshops
    • capacity building of institution/ group dynamics process/ team work
    • strategic planning/ writing proposals/ writing reports
    • gender issues
  • Keeping records / files / evidence of cases of violence against children and women in our work (central database)
  • Research work
  • Humanitarian, legal and psychosocial assistance for refugees and internally displaced persons
  • Empowering women with disabilities and stimulating their self-organizing
  • Empowering Roma women and stimulating their self-organizing

The Network of Trust establishes communication with general public by media appearences, initiates dialogue with the experts in local community and offers its expertise to policy makers, regarding creating of national politics considering gender-based violence. The Network also offers making concrete protocoles and different systemic solutions to government representatives.
