2. 24 hours at the Incest Trauma Center:
- Crisis Hotline: + 381 11 446 1332. Telephone number can be found in several daily newspapers.
- Personal contacts: "1 to 1" sessions and self-help groups. Crisis intervention, short and long-term counseling.
- Accompaniment of survivors to official institutions and advocacy. Assistance in getting medical and legal protection.
- Co-ordination of the Network of Trust to Fight Gender-based Violence (consists of 15 GOs and NGOs): assistance in communication among agencies that a survivor gets in touch with to ensure that she / he receives all the services to which she/he is entitled and that these services are co-ordinated in her / his best interest.
- Community education:
- Prevention programmes for children and parents
- Educational programmes for professionals, consulting and supervision (health and legal services, social work centers, schools, police, etc.).
- Public relations area (press, TV, radio, etc.) with special care to maintain confidentiality
